Are you ok troll? How do you think Buggy become Yonko over Mihawk? WB hyped Buggy's crew and they are stronger than Mihawk, and Mihawk is not Yonko level. With the addition of Powered up Crocodile (mihawk level confirmed by Law) Buggy reached minimum Yonko level.

Basically Cross Guild = Founded by Croco, Hyped by Mihawk, Organized and funded by Buggy

Honestly we might be seeing a new side to Mihawk since Parona and Zoro put some life back into his life and the thrill of being chased on top of that.
