How else do you make tho that organization as strong as a yonko? I do think it's doable without Crocodile being YC1, but he had to have reached Commander tier genetally, being able to beat some of them (YC2/3), even if they use bounties manipulation/big brains to keep the marines away from them.

Mihawk, Crocodile, Daz Bones, Crocodiles new crew/mafia, Buggy's impel down prisoners, and their big brain, there's nothing else as far as we know of, so what do you make of these beyond being good at scheming while not being completely pushovers at the same time

Who else can compare?
BM and Beast Pirates are yet to organize themselves under a new leadership. BM and Kaido lost the Yonko titles.
We had 2 empty spots. 1 was taken by Luffy since he was the closer to being a Yonko with that 5th thing.
Who else is there in the world to compete for this last spot? The Revos are not pirates.
Law and the Heart Pirates? kekw. Kidd+Killer and their crew of metal fodder? Kekw again.

An organization strong enough to give Buggy a Warlord spot, Crocodile's power and influence throughout the world, which also gave him the title of Shichibukai once, and Mihawk, the current WSS, who also was a Warlord.
Law is but a single former Shichibukai. Kid would be on par with the power and influence of a single Shichibukai as well.
But the Cross Guild has got 3 major names.
So it's pretty obvious they claim the spot as the last "Yonko Crew". Buggy being the face of it is, well, because it's Buggy. And Oda just loves this clown. He loves Buggy so much, that Usopp basically gets the Buggy treatment post-TS, getting infamous by sheer luck and gags.

and its so stupid that Zoro can't believe it, but it did happen and you are the one who love Mihawk so much with passion that you are completely ignoring the part where Law says if they are under buggy then that is good reason to become Yonko, means they really have joined Buggy that is why Buggy is Yonko

Mihawk - To prevent an Admiral from just walking up and killing everyone

Crocodile - To make deals with the Warehouse Magnate, the Smuggler guy and the Shipping king in the underworld to Distribute the funds for bounties around the world

Buggy - To provide manpower that actually distributes everything and protects the funds.

The reason Mihawk has no crew, is, because he never cared. He, just as Crocodile, obviously have their own agenda. Buggy being the public face is irrelevant for either of them.

For all we know, Mihawk just wants to bide his time until Zoro returns to challenge him so he can finally have that duel he has been dreaming of since Shanks lost his dominant arm and having the Marines hound him consistently is convenient, so using Buggy as a front to take the heat off of him is a smart move.

But, as usual, haters think this means Buggy can blink Mihawk out of existence.
