That's theoretically possible, but personally, I wouldn't like it if it were a Ohara survivor. If Oda chooses to go with the Ohara connection, having it be Robin's dad would be a cool twist (though I don't remember if he was confirmed dead or if it was just hearsay in universe)

AKainu didnt use magma on Ohara, he bombed them with his ship.
