A pretty weird logic
They act like Carrot sailed all around the world like they did.
Its not just the sailing, its the fact that she is the one that carries Pedro's will of bringing the dawn more than anyone else. On a related note, its funny how the Pedro stuff was constantly used as a reason to why she should join, but once its present in a way that points towards her not joining people rejected it,, and hope she just sneaks out :optimistic:

well cuz pedro will never seemed about going back to munch grass on Zou
but oda is the author so whatever, if pedro's will is about accepting the position of duchess, so be it.

Sure, all I'm saying is that idea is somewhat explained and it does pick up from her storyline of carrying Pedro's will, even if its in a way no one predicted, meanwhile Yamato wanting to stay would go against everything her character has been about and make the last 2 chapters with Momo a waste of time, so its not comparable:kayneshrug:
