Naruto >> Bleach > One Piece IMO
Kishimoto puts more thought into his fights than the others. There's weaknesses at play and you can discover them, but that doesn't end the fight when you do. Kakashi and Naruto know Deva Pein's weakness but it takes effort to overwhelm it, whereas Zoro gets ACOC and can instantly handle King.
Bleach is weird. It's got a lot of style, unique and cool abilities, but 90% of Bleach fights are attacks that only do scuff mark damage (not visually appealing to me), surprise attacks from behind a character or last second asspulls not established to overcome whatever OP power Kubo gave his villain.
Bleach's fights are definitely fun to watch but they don't have the same weight as Naruto fights.

That's a good question. I think I need to reread them, but they are mostly fine. The problem is the poor quality of new scans for me.
