He doesn't even get split panel like Luffy gets, he is shown after Jinbei act and kin expression.
He is looking serious while Sanji flexes easily

Nah. Never said he stronger than Luffy, will beat Kaido, stronger than Luffy's major rivals Kidd and Law, and so on. Just said he will be deep top tier while above many, but not certain few.
