We just see his legs, so can't say if that PO or not, but IF him it been 2 weeks, so even come back doesn't mean Sanji didn't defeat him. Plus Holdem came back and Killer came back with his old look this chapter despite Zoro's lethality and should be down for a long time. Just saying is all.
