Let's talk about the most important figure under Kaido, his Son!
Just like Katakuri, he is making his entrance during a party!

Why is Kaido saying he should show at least his face? Has he been away or been hiding for so long? Does he despises hanging around beast pirates? Does he wanna lead Beast pirates? Will he have CoC? Will he be the Ace?

I think maybe he has been trying to beat Kaido or stalemate him in a fight or mayhem he hasn't been able to damage Kaido in many battles they fought so he resent Kaido and doesn't like showing up.

He's been away training.
After Kaido came to Wano his son gained a great respect for the Sword. And unlike his father he is not a drunk and serious about training and improving. He left to solely focus on Mastering the Wano sword techniques to their full potential.

He might be whoever is in the silhouette on the right, wearing the jesters hat in this panel
With how Oda loves to subvert expectations, it would be just like him to make Kaido's son a joke of a character that is constantly being harassed and messed with even though he has a very powerful DF (maybe the T-Rex zoan) and is the son of one of the strongest men on the planet

I think the monster looking thing is a number given his size and the fact that he's asking for a whole barrel of sake..lolz...Queen did say that the Numbers have bad drinking habits or sumin along those lines. Moreover, from Kaidou's words, his son isn't present at the party yet, so it doesn't really make sense for him to be there atm.

On Kaidou's son, I think he's gonna be the "Ace" figure of the beast pirates. That said, although the Ace is the highest ranked card in a deck, he might not necessarily be stronger than the calamities but rather representative of the Ace simply because he is Kaidou's son, but we'll see ^^. Also his introduction I think could resolve a few unresolved issues. The first being the scorpion ships that escorted Jack to Zou and then the second being the fact that Queen had had an inscription "Q-03" on his ship which could imply that he's in charge of the 3rd division of Kaidou's fleet, with King leading the 2nd division of Kaidou's second fleet and Kaidou's son "Ace" potentially leading Kaidou's 1st fleet. Also might be a bit of a reach, but for the longest time, I've always though the hair style of the 4th figure in that one panel of the calamities when Kaidou's casltle was burning is shaped kinda like a scorpion sting.

Personality wise, given he's not at the banquet, he's either an introvert who likes his own space or someone who isn't very fond of the beast pirates. I think the later will be a very interesting twist as he could end up being a potential ally for the alliance. Plus it'd be a bit ironic if Kaidou's son plays a major hand in his defeat kinda like Momo or rather Momo's fake played a major hand in Oden's defeat to Kaidou.

the fact Queen ship has a 3 not 2 shows that there is someone above king and queen in rank and importance, probably also strength
this chapter totally answer those questions
Kaido Jr has scorpion powers maybe, maybe he is that dude who told beast pirates to tell Jack to move, when doffy fell or something.
