3—His perception is skewed and not too reliable

Luffy alliance has only one low top tier, the other two mid to high top tier.
So Luffy will need two high tiers by his side, BM will need 2-3 to be occupied.
Luffy´s side has Jinbe, Zoro, Sanji, Law, Kid, Ashura, Dukes, Kyoshiro as high tiers, if you count Drake = 10.
10-6 = 4.
And there are 4 high tiers with King, Queen, Jack and Smoothie.
Seems fitting.

Well, if we count crew members only... and this isn’t the complete SHs alliance! Marco could come! About BM, she definitely gonna be facing a top tier from a third party! Possibly Kizaru to occupy BM and defeat her.. other wise nothing stopping Kaido & BM alone from annihilating the whole SHs alliance side...
