Tell me something nice about rings of poo:finally:
So I stole this from reddit, a quote from Morfydd Clark who plays Galadriel.

Although she was conscious of giving glimpses of the character that
Galadriel would become, Clark says she also had to ignore the baggage.

‘You have to shut all that off,’ she says. ‘My Galadriel can’t imagine
she’s going to turn into Cate Blanchett one day. She doesn’t know if
they’re going to survive. But you look at aspects of her character like,
could there be such a thing as a naive elf? Probably not. But naivety
for an elf would be arrogance, because they’ve not been shown that they
can get things wrong.’
The bolded got me incredibly excited for her portrayal. I complained to @Natalija on discord about how Galadriel sounded when discussing "evils" to Elrond (the man who bore witness to the worst of the kinslayings as a child). She sounded very arrogant and dismissive and I didn't like that but with this quote, I think I can get behind the mindset they're going for Galadriel and I love the acknowledgement that naivety for an elf would be entirely different than what it would be for man.

BTW, did you hear about this...?
