So, we have Prof. He gets included a lot because his claim is pretty eh (he lied about certain elements, walked them back, and then tried to say that the lie he used proves why he can't be X despite his walking it back literally debunking this assertion of his). Nothing I could pull up in thread could prove him Town. I'm only going to establish why he's not in the immediate PoE.
As a hostile Indie, his best bet would be to let town do whatever. He could have just voted for JoJo without much regard purely out of concern for his own safety, and he does lose some points for keeping his vote there despite providing two reasons why he thinks he could be Town, but even coming to those two points doesn't make a lot of sense for Indie Prof. He gains little from defending JoJo. If he keeps his vote there, then he's not going to deter the Mafia from burning abilities on him, even if he did only do it halfway. He's already killed Rej. It also doesn't make a great deal of sense for him to lie about his restriction on his kill, if he was going to use it for cred he could have just claimed it outright or said nothing. In this case, the TPS wouldn't result in Prof dying if he loses, but Rej gets to survive, but giving a hostile Indie a restricted kill is already pretty difficult to reconcile. We also have Waifubro's role, who was fairly Scum-sided with his extra kill and motivation to kill town and then remove mafia from his wincon.
The points against Prof are that his 50% claim appears to be extremely convenient given the timing, and his role doesn't really fit alongside any of the flipped town roles. In any case, it's enough to push him out of consideration for tomorrow.
