He has the legendary status though because of his connection to Shanks. I doubt there were fights between Mihawk and Admirals without us knowing about an Admirals defeat.

Or he defeated one of the Admirals and got demoted and the C3 got promoted.

Oda need to explain how the C3 got promoted and he could go that route

Mihawk is the one with highest bounty but still Buggy is the one deemed as emperor. Also Mihawk is the Strongest and the one with renowned heavyweight title and not even a rookie but with past achievements , still got only 3.6B bounty.

Surely this is lower than any of the previous yonkos like separate from 4B tier. Why such discrimination. Even after he got bounty unfreezed and level up, it should be on the same level as his peers.

Mate, Buggy was made the Emperor because of a Marine mistake according to the new spoilers.
Mihawk is still not a Yonko by name, but it is beyond any shadow of doubt that he is a Yonko calibre threat. Shanks is a Yonko with powerful executives like Beckmann, Yasopp, Roo and Mihawk joining makes Buggy & Crocodile a Yonko...

The more bounties we get it the more confusing and less exiting they get
Before each big reveal felt hype now it just feels like we have to try a justify and figure out what the marines thought process was each time. Like how much of the bounty if from actual accomplishments and hype and how much of it is just from a misunderstanding or the wg wanting to lower or upper a bounty for some type of propaganda
