Your whole robin argument is quite literally wrecked by the fact that she does not have the strength needed to be over Zoro,her knowledge and reading skills can only take her so far without being captured or killed. Yes i do still believe he has to be a threat to them (ex shichibukai,ex sun pirates leader,etc) its quite literally the only thing that seperates jinbe and sanji because i believe sanji is over jinbe in strength but he has had no true showings to the marines as to why he is such a threat.Once that happens he is clear of Jinbe in bounty.

So according to you …that was the reason to increasing jimbei’s bounty to 1B …why not increase it after marine ford ?!? Or between that and wano …he did absolutely nothing to be a threat to the marines beside joining big mom and he didn’t do much in that period !!! And for robin she IS STRONG she defeated black maria with a 400m+ bounty and she has also the ponyglyph knowledge… if you consider defeating a 400m nothing and not strong than let me tell you you’re wrong !! The copeing over Mihawk is incredible. Its been understood by everyone for years that bounties take into account crew, territory, influence, and other factors. Everyone agreed with this. This is why people estimated Mihawks bounty to be high YC1 bounty. They said "look even if he's supper strong hes just one guy. He can't be that big of a threat". Now with his bounty being higher then 3 out of 4 current Yonkos its all "no no. Shanks bounty would be same even if he had no crew or territory". lol

yeah, i always thought Mihawk was a top tier but I strongly doubted he would have a bounty above 2.5 bil, especially after seeing Blackbeard's. Huge hype for him

The guy is less than 500 under Shanks despite not being leader of a Yonko's empire, having no overly powerful crew under him, having no territories or huge nations under him or allies or armies like BMP or BP.
