No, it's not. Some people started placing Sanji over Jinbe because they're paired in FMI with Sanji being the one to land the finisher. Only a few even bothered questioning Zoro's superiority to Jinbe. Zoro>Jinbe was accepted as a fact after 778, and then some people started questioning it after WCI while most people kept Zoro>Jinbe intact. Sanji>Jinbe wasn't that popular before Wano though. People started accepting Sanji>Jinbe when Jinbe's opponent is confirmed to be WsW.

99% of the reason for people to place Jinbei above Sanji comes from the Zoro vs Sanji bickering. Zoro fans realized Jinbei was the perfect character to fit in and somehow help them against Sanji

No I just hate people with sanjis personality irl, he puts every woman on a pedestal regardless of their character. He's the other extreme when it comes to being sexist. I really like a lot of aspects of sanjis personality, he is a genuinely kind and caring person, and his deal with feeding anyone who's truly hungry is awesome. I grew up with a single mother who barely got by but volunteered cooking for homeless people every week and several of them would stop by our home when they were desperate for food and didn't want to steal. I just rank him lower because he is infact extremely sexist and yeah the gag gets annoying.

No, people only used that reasoning for Sanji. Zoro>Jinbe became mainstream as soon as he was paired with Sanji, and Dressrossa cemented it as a fact. And then some people started questioning Zoro's superiority after Jinbe vs Big Mom. Even then, it wasn't that popular.

But yeah I don’t like his gags either, at least to the ridiculously high extent oda forces them. They can be funny when not used too often

and i would prefer if he wasn’t sexist and put women on such a monumentally high pedestal either because there are other ways of defeating an enemy without hurting them. Oda could’ve legit thought of some creative ways of having sanji defeat a woman by subduing her somehow but instead he made him completely useless against them

I'd agree that zoro finally surpassed jinbe but it would be zoros most difficult fight against a fishman, in the water I would still say there's a good chance that jinbe would win because he's more
Cool, calm, and collected than all the others that zoro has fought underwater. Sanji will still get stronger before eos whereas jinbe is old enough that he won't be getting stronger well just see his full potential in the final saga because he hasn't had the opportunity to go all out in the water yet. What he did to the ships when he showed up to wano was comparable to zoro chopping the cliff when he was first getting used to enma, nowhere near full potential.
