No, it's not. Some people started placing Sanji over Jinbe because they're paired in FMI with Sanji being the one to land the finisher. Only a few even bothered questioning Zoro's superiority to Jinbe. Zoro>Jinbe was accepted as a fact after 778, and then some people started questioning it after WCI while most people kept Zoro>Jinbe intact. Sanji>Jinbe wasn't that popular before Wano though. People started accepting Sanji>Jinbe when Jinbe's opponent is confirmed to be WsW.

Kaido crew 20 years ago was not comparable to the current one, WB has lethal AoE that could one shot everyone except Kaido.

It's not like WB's crew was filled with veterans. They were a bunch of 17-year-olds too. He can't drag them into a war. And there is a limit to how much one man can do even if he's the strongest guy around.

Sanji's bounty is way too low. Sanji beating Queen and Jinbe beating Who's-Who would mean Who's-Who > Queen/Jack? Which would put King > Lucci > Who's-Who > Queen > Jack.

Sanji needs a fight that would push him back to being in the Monster Trio. Which is why I think Sanji will fight Shiryu instead of Zoro. Zoro will instead fight Kuzan since Mihawk has a set bounty for Zoro to reach.

I also think Oda is trying to make the Straw Hats into the new Rocks. Luffy = Xebec, Zoro = Whitebeard, Big Mom = Jinbe, Yamato = Kaidou and Sanji = Shiki.

If Sanji doesn't fight Shiryu I think Sanji's reign as number three is over.

Jimbei got his bounty for marineford action , corresponding to 438 million berry.

So , jimbei can get bounty increase for both arc , wci and wano . If this is the case , make sense .
