The worst thing with the Usopp bounty is that not only there was no real justification around it this time, but that running gag lost it's significance with Buggy around. Buggy singlehandily took over this running gag plot by being mistaken as the leader of cross guild, yonko, with over 3 Billions bounty

In Dressrosa at least, Oda made a plot surrounding Usopp becoming the leader of the dwarves, awoke observation haki subconsciously.

In Wano, he basically did nothing relevant, yet is in the 500 Millions range over Nami and even Franky :sus:

because the crew got a 300 million boost for being affiliated with Luffy.

The real problem with Sanjifans is that they constantly try to downplay Zoro but at the same time they are hiding behind his back.

Its a shonen manga, Zoro is clearly the 2nd MC and its a classic shonen formula to have your 2nd MC to have a powerscaling dream.
His dream is to overcome a man and by doing this he will become one of the most op characters in the verse while Sanjifans power dream is to try to reach Zoro's power and they try to do that by hating his dream/opponent etc.

We just have to wait and see but from spoilers i imagine it has something to do with who he owes money too + maybe them possible thinkin he was the one to defeat or something the marco they had to capture him + being an ex shichibukai + them believing he's responsible for putting bounties on marines and attacking them

With the last one is basically being responsible for all the groups actions more than him having a group that strong if you know what i mean

I also think it applies to how non emperors are able to have bounties higher or at least comparable to emperors like luffy, teach, and to a extent wci luffy who was the closest thing to an emperor at the time

As a captain/leader your bounty is gonna go up faster and easier than your subordinates. Since you get recognition from your own individual actions + what your crew as a group like
Like in enies lobby luffy was responsible for defeating lucci and attacking it with his crew. Or like how whitebeard would be the most responsible for attack marineford because hes using his power that is his crew. Marco, jozu, etc. Wouldn't be seen as nearly responsible

They wanted to low ball him by changing the picture back, taking the d out his name, and not giving only him credit for defeating kaido
The first 2 they failed at and the 3rd is lowkey kinda fair but not at the same time

They gave the captain trio bounty based on the fact that they defeat kaido and linlin. Which on paper technically isn't wrong but they could've definitely specified more. At the end of the day their increases all came from that fact
With luffy's crew, fleet, influence, and yonko status having no effect on his bounty compared to theirs. It was there individual accomplishment of defeating the 2 yonko "together" that mattered the most
