Elements in general have shown the ability to do so. Atleast lightning and fire. Now does it bypass defense when armament haki is up is a different story

I find the way elements interact with Haki interesting, for example hardening looks reflective does that mean it can reflect lasers if strong enough? Stuff like that I find interesting.

Cause bounty chapters are their own thing and crew joining are another whole thing. What's stopping the narrator from presenting Carrot as the 10th commander if she does join. Especially if right now it's a surprise factor with her.

All I'm saying is that people have been jumping on "Carrot not joining confirmed" every chapter for a while now just for it to be debunked once more details come out. It's fine if you think she's not joining but I highly recommend some patience here.
