How would it make sense to have Carrot join AFTER the chapter where we get them intrduced as commanders? It would make way more sense if she appeared at the end of the bounty reveals

Cause bounty chapters are their own thing and crew joining are another whole thing. What's stopping the narrator from presenting Carrot as the 10th commander if she does join. Especially if right now it's a surprise factor with her.

All I'm saying is that people have been jumping on "Carrot not joining confirmed" every chapter for a while now just for it to be debunked once more details come out. It's fine if you think she's not joining but I highly recommend some patience here.

Multiple day time jump, reaching a new island, Carrot on Zou/Mink ship are what you should be waiting for.
