Zoro has advanced CoC and advanced CoA and is still a swordsman but shanks having these abilities make him not a swordsman. Also why are people acting like Mihawk won’t have these same abilities?! Zoro is still far from being on Mihawk’s level so Mihawk should have these abilities but on a way greater scale.

Dude it's not cheating and if u take in fact the clairvoyant title he probably developed it for fighting Mihawk which makes sense.

Same Brannew says Mihawk is the strongest swordsman.

You could still argue for Shanks, no problem. But the days of "Mihawk is commander level/Vista level" are over. Some naive users like @Monkey D Theories and even some Zoro fans like @Don DaSlayer genuinely started to believe such propaganda against Mihawk.

Because Mihawk had bigger bounty (probably 1 billion) before than 15 million bounty Buggy, Crocodile has 81 million as well. Mihawk had the biggest pre-shichibukai bounty.

Vegapunk has thus far been indicated to either be a full-on revo or at least a pretty good guy overall so I doubt that. Him keeping the fact he pretty much perfectly duplicated Kaidos fruit from the WG, trying his best to help Kuma out and also being the opposite of Ceaser when it comes to weapons make me really doubt that he will ever turn out to be a straight up antagonist.

I fully agree, but I think Vegapunk is playing the long game, and will appear as an enemy at first.

It is same thing few mighty people use future sight as silver rayleigh say . Katakuri, luffy , and kaido has future sight . But we know king > katakuri who is not even future sight.

Also if nami have advanced coc on this wano arc, it does not mean she beat sanji who is not even coc user.
