Why is Shanks > Mihawk?

Because he's a Yonko? Mihawk has no interest in being one DESPITE Crocodile thinking that Mihawk + Crocodile alone as Cross Guild would make Mihawk an Emperor.

Shanks is CONFIRMED a Swordsman this chapter, while Mihawk is the Strongest Swordsman.

Shanks was always confirmed a swordsman, yet he is above. I already stated all the reasons before :

Who is related to the MC ?
Who had a straw hat ?
And Black blades, titles etc needs explanation contexts and we know you can be the strongest without a black blade.

Buggy, Mihawk escaped and with Crocodile they formed the Cross Guild, but Oda needs to give them some win, otherwise the entire Marine/SSG hype would be pathetic. Weevil probably escaped the marines himself, so it's likely Hancock will be the one who might end up captured

Weevil would be such a great hype toll for the ssg if they manage to capture him
