Powers & Abilities Swordsman and haki user two different things.

Zoro having ACoC does not necessarily prove Mihawk has it. I'm not saying Mihawk doesn't have ACoC, but until Mihawk shows feats with ACoC, Shanks > Mihawk in terms of ACoC.
Even Zoro fans are confusing ACoC with CoA Enma mode swordsmanship.. So yes characters need more feats to get a better grasp at Haki swordsmanship.. Just like people are assuming that infusing CoC into a blade is the same as infusing CoA because they are both Haki yet you can't infuse CoO into a blade can you?..

There are a million problems with the idea that Shanks is definitively above Mihawk. But I think one of the most glaring ones that people don't speak about enough, is what to do when Zoro actually defeats Mihawk.

Zoro believes that, in order to become the World's Strongest Swordsman, he has to defeat Mihawk in a 1v1. He will be using haki, and he will definitely be using ACoC. This panel pretty much proves it:

So, if Zoro will receive his WSS title by being capable of defeating the current WSS in 1v1 combat, why doesn't the same apply to Mihawk vs. Shanks? Do we expect Mihawk's swordsmanship to still be considered better than Zoro's even after Zoro defeats him?

lmao stop deflecting this whole thing started because you said mihawk does not have coc and its not proven, which is correct we are assuming based on zoro having it and him having it is because he has kingly ambitions which again mihawk sits at the top of...in mihawks case he is over shanks.
Swordsmanship goes against the concept of CoC..

I'm seeing this joke about separating sword style and Haki on reddit and other mediums. It seems that mass illiteracy is a global problem even.

Not fans of Shanks, not even fans of Sanji, they are fans of every other character in general (except Zoro) trying to downplay Mihawk in any way. One Piece is pretty much all fandoms against Zorotards.

can luffy do something like ashura ?
:pepecroc:
Can Zoro split the sky?

Anyway onto the main discussion.

While I understand the premise of the argument the concept of swordsman and hakiman is dumb as the 2 are linked.

HOWEVER... that being said should someone use a sword but also have different methods of fighting that is a different matter.

For instance I'd say Mihawk had better sword skills than Prime Whitebeard but Whitebeard would wreck him in a fight due to his DF etc.

The outcome of who is stronger between Shanks and Mihawk will rely on Shanks battle with Blackbeard if Shanks purely relied on swordsmanship then Mihawk is stronger but if Shanks uses fists and kicks etc the argument that Shanks is stronger is still there.

On another note... @HA001 good to see you crawl out of the rock you've been hiding under after taking your L with ZKK

:milaugh:
