Where do you go from here, the Strawhats bounties are in order of power, the exception being the liar Usopp, Croco and Mihawk lead Cross Guild, Mihawk's once again confirmed to be stronger than Shanks and he has the 2nd highest active bounty right now, how do we top this?

So the difference in the fan translation and official is that Zoro has 1,111,000,000 bounty instead of 1,100,001,100? No picture for Zoro poster, Oda might not have drawn it at that angle. What's all this fuss about swordsmanship or sword skill, they are the one and the same thing. No talk about issuing new bounties in the official, just "What are their bounties"? Seems TCB Scans are pretty agenda driven. Naval Hunter instead of Marine Hunter, what's the difference?
How much does CG affect the bounties of Croc and Mihawk? Croc did say that "With our name value combined" to Mihawk. But then when their bounties are being presented the main reason for the bounties are given. Croc is given his bounty for logia, intelligence and leadership. Mihawk gets his for WSS and being above Shanks. Buggy gets his for the previously mentioned reasons plus having Croc and Mihawk under him.
It seems that while the Captain/Yonko can affect the bounties of his subordinates the inverse is also true. It depends on who is more famous or whose actions have been identified. For example when Luffy got 500 mil after DR, all the SHPs who did not noticeably participate had their bounties increased by 50 mil or 10%. The same happened after Wano all the non-outstanding members (Franky, Usopp, Nami and Brook) got an increase of 10% (300 mil) of Luffy's 3 bil bounty. While the other 4 (Jinbei, Robin, Sanji and Zoro) got their increase for their actions and participation.
So the general rule that I assume is that if the crew members are not well known or do not have a significant/noticeable achievement during the event it is difficult to ascertain their threat level and their bounties are increased as a percentage of their captain's bounty. Captain increases the bounties of their subordinates. While for members who did participate noticeably earn their bounties based on their shown threat. The other is that having famous pirates/names under the command of a captain also raises the bounty of the captain as can be seen in the case of Buggy though the exact percentage and contribution is not known in this case.
