I don't know why people underestimate the rest of the mugiwaras so much, it is clear that in wano they will be much stronger, will receive power ups and face the mid tiers of the enemy organization.

I dont think they do. Lets not forget there is the BM pirates as well, and i dont think Nami for example will fight a freakishly powerful and durable ancient zoan. Someone like Gallette seems more like a adequate matchup for her.

I agree, and if Kaido's son is the Ace, have Luffy face that Calamity or whatever he is. Luffy likely isn't going to have a true 1v1 against Kaido, barring his overconfidence on the matter with Kid.

Have the Scabbards fight the Numbers. There are possibly 9 (2-10) numbers and there are 8 Scabbards + Shinobu. Granted someone will likely fight Kanjuro so there is that. Tbh, I think its going to be way more complicated than this. There are tons of Big Mom crew members likely also present at Wano, and many of them are super strong as well.

At this moment, we can't compare Perospero to a Tobi Roppo. Also, Strawhats have grown ridiculous strengths after losing significantly. Luffy was entirely outclassed by Katakuri until he wasn't, because plot right? Same could happen to any strawhat.

If you do not have Haki against Pero, you are done, heck even with Haki, Jinbe told Luffy to avoid his candy, of course not knowing he had fire in his arsenal.

A straightforward fight against zoans is much more possible.
Start looking at abilities, not imaginary levels.

Yep, that´s Zoro, not Sanji. Sanji came out only a step beyond the mid trio post-TS.

Dude Luffy got one shotted by Kaido.... Luffy jumping to yonko level after getting one shotted is a lot more bullshit then brook jumping to flying six or perospero level. Plus brook didn’t know his ability just like how parasite doflamingo can trap people when they don’t know about his ability.
