When Blackbeard saw the chance of not needing to kill his subbordinates (since Boa obeyed Rayleigh), which was something he was willing to do cuz he thought Boa could turn literally everyone into stone once he had let her go, he simply accepted the terms cuz he probably thought it was safer that way

Adding Rayleigh there just made things harder for Blackbeard to decide, since he placed Boa's Devil Fruit in a high pedestal considering it was too risky to be dealt with even for BB himself, to the point he was certain his subbordinates would die in a way or another, and Rayleigh's presence would make things harder to everyone.

Now let's analyze the quote without adding our headcanons to it.

The Moment I let you go = the very instant he lets go of her, where he would have his eyes directly on Boa. Where he can see her body movement.. understanding yes?

"you will turn US into stone" = Not "ME" into stone, US into stone, referring to Koby as well, of whom he had previously asked whether he thinks it's a good idea to believe her not.

There's a little Marineford flashback, when Marco told Jinbe to take Ace's brother with him (after Ace's death). Luffy then thanks Marco for helping him during the Summit War.

Marco: "I'm sure Ace would be very happy if he knew how far you've come!!"

Luffy: "Shishishi!! I see!!"

Marco flies off Wanokuni with one last message for Luffy.

Marco: "From now on this is your era!! Go forward with determination!!"

Luffy: "Of course I'll do!!"

Finally Oda brought up the Marco, Ace, Luffy connection.

Nice to read this. Almost thought Oda forgot it.

Even if it's in a flashback, still nice from Oda to have covered this little details from Ace's marineford wordings, the sense of his sacrifice, comparatively to Luffy's current status and potential era

"Each other's throats".. nobody was at each other's throat it was Boa trying to deal with Marines & Blackbeard pirates on the island at the sametime. She dealt with VA Yamakiji, She dealt with two BB Commanders without a single scratch on her. And then Teach got her when she was fighting somebody else.

This is what they call selective reading. The marines and Kuja pirates were fighting each other before BB's entry:

Part of the big mountain in the center of the island has been destroyed. Gloriosa says it's the first time that men were able to invade the island so deeply, and that the damage in the city is huge. Hancock says that as long as she's on the island, enemies will keep coming.

A new flashback begins, it takes place during Marines' attack a few weeks ago. Marines manage to break down the city gateway, but Kuja counterattacks. Marines then order to dispatch the new Pacifistas called "Seraphim” to the frontline and order to activate the recording cameras too. Vice Admiral Yamakaji says there's no sight of Hancock yet.

A little girl with wings and a flame on her back appears in front of Marguerite and Sweet Pea, but they don't want to fight with a kid. The girl, who has star-shaped pupils, shoots a laser with her hand like the Pacifistas we already know.

Marines attacked BB after he entered the island.

Teach's subordinates ask him for help against a new enemy that appeared. It's a child but they cannot do anything against him. We see an explosion caused by a laser from the Pacifistas.

Teach: "Huh? It can't be... White hair... brown skin...!! And black wings!?

The kid arrives where Teach is. The kid also has a flame on his back and carries a big sword similar to Mihawk's sword (in fact the kid looks like Mihawk child version that Oda drew in an SBS). The kid attacks Teach, the cut of his sword parts in two pieces the big mountain of the island.

Teach: "PX...!? Shit...!! This brat is a Pacifista~~~~!!! What the hell is going on!!!"

The Pacifista attacks Teach again, but he stops the sword with his Haki-coated arm. Teach uses his powers to absorb all what is around him.
Teach: ""Black Hole”!!!"

All of em are attacking one another even before Hancock entered the fight. Then she came in and attacked everyone turning them into stones. Coby only stopped the attack from the marine's side because he'd lose his people who were turned into stone. It was Kuja pirates vs BB pirates vs marines, not Boa vs Blackbeard pirates and marines. You're exaggerating this beyond belief.

"He prepared to fight her"... is headcanon, you're trying to support your argument by using headcanon assumptions of what you believe regarding teach. Teach himself tells us here in this very chapter that she would end them if he let go of her, which is why it's a difficult situation, where he can't let her go.. and instead will kill her and deal with his commanders being stoned.

Dude, he entered her island to kill and get her powers. He knows what her fruit can do. If that's not being prepared to fight her, what is it? Once again, he was not willing to risk giving her a chance to turn him into stone. That doesn't prove anything in the grand scheme of things. It's not like he didn't know she can turn him into a stone before going to the island. He still went there anyways, so it's illogical to even assume he left because he's scared of her power, when it's what he's after in the first place.

Rayleigh came in and saved Boa from Teach, who got a hold of her when she was fighting the Marines. Not from the marines, Boa would've bitch slapped the marines by herself, like she already was doing.

Once again, They're there to fight her knowing what she can do. It makes absolutely no sense to back off because they suddenly realized she can turn people into stones. That's what they're there to fight.

@Bold, Yes and Momonga was sent there pre-TS to bring in Hancock with force if she denied... the Marines knew about her power then as well. Guess what? Couldn't do shit.

No one's saying they can beat her. I am merely saying, it makes no sense for someone to go to Hancock to fight her, then run from her after realizing she can turn them into stones. It's like saying, marines ambushed Mihawk only to run back to the HQ because they saw him fight with a sword lmao.

And nobody said her beauty can charm them. She can turn inanimate objects into stone by touching them, nothing to do with beauty charm, that's a different thing. Pacifistas here are no exception.

That's assuming she can deal with two of them at the same time with Coby as their backup.

When was any Luffy opponents were not hyped by Oda except for Kaidou who got traded off because of Oda Japanese samurai wank. Even after all the dehype Kaidou had, he was able to fight like a monster.

Luffy fans really need not to save face for BB and anti Luffy squad trying to dehype Luffy villains will only bite their ass.
