In what context did he say that?
He said in the sense that if he trusted Boa & freed her to save his Nakama, she'd backstab him & he didnt wanna risk it.
That doesn't mean Boa stands a remote chance in a 3v1 fight against Teach & 2 of his goons especially since Rayleigh guaranteed Boa turning them back.
Nothing was forcing Teach to agree to Rayleigh's terms AFTER Boa turned Vasco & Devon back, certainly not Boa who got Low Diff'd in this very chapter. Yet he did. Why is that?

Tier list adjusted after latest info, supreme swordsmen out of their prime like Rayliegh and Gandhi dropped below BB, Fujitora as well since BB is bad match-up for him. Kizaru could possible drop below BB too but his speed and long range arsenal keep him afloat for now.

If the likes of Rayleigh and Gandhi get aged back to their prime, they go back where they belong, in the first row.
