Ok now there are a few things that need to be addressed based on the way this chapter went.

2. Boa is not stronger than Yamato. Not close
3. Boa is hard carried by her fruit
4. She appears to have already have her head bandaged up
5. You gents in this forum hyped her ability to turn a yonkos commanders into stone yet bullshit when coby whom was even closer to her wasn't even remotely affected by her ability which alludes to him having the haki to negate that affect of her fruit.
6. You hype up Boa turning the weakest commanders of that yonko into stone yet bullshit when that very same yonko while choking her feels the need to share his connection with koby mid battle "yoh hey coby what's up. Bro thanks for helping me defeat thay rocks pirate. I owe you one".
7. Every other marine there that was not koby or the new ssh pacifistas were complete fodder. Which explains why koby was ruffled up while fighting since he had to fight while protecting his subordinates. To make matters worse he also couldn't attack Boa full force since that would endanger the chance of her keeping his subordinates as stone. And lastly the new pacifistas couldn't help koby as much since they were causing so much havoc that he was afraid that they may have killed marines on accident.
With all that being said I think we can comfortably say that koby is above most vice admirals. To add I think it's safe to even say that he is around yonko commander 3 tier.
8. Lastly we see the important of blackbeard now having koby on bis ship which makes it even more impactful based on the fact that they both have history together
