I think they are sending the Admirals & the likes as escorts to the Royals who came for Reverie. Garp went to FMI f.ex. It was why Sakazuki was emphasizing so much about why they lack resources. The events here happen even before Onigashima raid, this entire chapter is essentially a flashback after reverie just got over from where we left off last with Boa.

And Aramaki came to Wano on his own like 1 week after Onigashima.

Shanks fought off Kaido and went in the middle of the war to challenge both the Marine HQ and BB pirates. No need to downplay anything.

That is also true. However, the implication that she has it doesn't come from her not using it. It comes from her having Ryou and COC. By virtue of having ryou, it means she can flow her COC as well.
True that the situation did demand but the fact that she didn't even use COC nor COA to guard herself makes it suspect...unless we are to conclude she magically doesn't have her COC and COA.

I do agree with all of your points. It's just weird she didn't use any of it when she had to do so.

Also it does not seem as though having ryou automatically makes you able to flow your coc. Chinjoa I think has ryou since he is able to flow his haki into objects and he also has coc but it doesn't seems as though he has advanced coc.

Teach at that point was hella strong but there's a reason why he spent two years gathering power with his crew. I think they're gonna take on Shanks and beat him very soon anyway.

Blackbeard went from challenging Sengoku + Garp and saying "I will destroy everything, I will devour everything" to "nah, it's to early to face you guys", to a crew that challenged not only the BB pirates but also Marines + Shichibukai.

To much squeezed into single pages IMO. That whole sequence with Boa and Teach is hard to read what even happened. Did he suck her in towards him or did he teleport speed Blitz her.
