How does that prove Minato reaction time > Tobi’s? Minato said “nice timing” otherwise you’d argue Rock Lee’s kunai throw > 8th Gate Guy’s speed or Gudoudama speed. Minato just teleported to that spot first before Guy got there by timing his teleportation and out. He wasnt reacting to Guy or Juudara since they weren’t in that exact spot.

I think Minato is stronger than Tobirama but I definitely don't think the 8th gate "reaction" is a great argument.
That Kakashi instance is more of a feat for Kakashi, it's pretty consistent with other things he did in the war arc.
Tobirama's reaction feats aren't really anything super crazy though, Minato is just better at what Tobirama does, it's really that simple. Bijuu Minato vs Tobirama is a murderstomp though, Bijuu Minato vs Hashirama is a much more fair debate

A lot of projectiles in the verse are faster than Might Gai 8 gates movement speed, like right here we have Kakashi single MS Kamui activation faster than Might Gai movement speed also, but we know it’s slower than Gudo Dama as a projectile.
Minato’s reaction time here scales to a very fast projectile(6 Gate Lee Kunai throw is faster than Madara’s Gudo Dama), but it’s nothing like Naruto dodging light speed laser fang. And any character who reacts to a FTG, is prob comparable to this, at bare minimum.
It’s hard to say if this feat alone, tops other top tier’s reaction feat. But we’ve seen Minato in reactive situations with other characters, like vs Black Zetsu Obito together with Kakashi, grabbing explosive Gudo Dama with Tobirama and such, Minato doesn’t really have a superior reaction time, even if he does, it’s not by much.
Are you seriously asking that question? Minato was borderline depressed after learning Tobi was Obito. Besides, Minato was directly involved in the fight against Obito while Tobirama was observing the fight from outside, so it's easy enough for him to notice what Obito did with the Gudodama, unlike Minato. That doesn't place his reactions higher than Minato by any metric.
