No, he doesn't have superior reactions to Minato. He did some stuff while Minato was in denial trying to do his best given the situation. Tobirama was just more focused. That doesn't prove he has superior reactions. Minato was literally following Guy's 8th gate speed. That's beyond anything Tobirama has ever done.

Edo Tensei doesn't help against Minato thanks to teleportation and his sealing jutsu which can release the binding when someone controls you. Displacing Kunai can't stop Minato from teleporting too. Minato has Tobi beat in the area that matters the most in a fight b/w them.



He doesn't need any. He could beat Tobirama with a Kunai or Rasengan.

It's literally verbatim stated in the 4th databook that Minato was in a DAZE and when Naruto snaps him out of it he performs much better, being able to provide valuable support to Bijuu Sage Naruto, I hate when people use that out of context Juubito shit to downplay minato

How does that prove Minato reaction time > Tobi’s? Minato said “nice timing” otherwise you’d argue Rock Lee’s kunai throw > 8th Gate Guy’s speed or Gudoudama speed. Minato just teleported to that spot first before Guy got there by timing his teleportation and out. He wasnt reacting to Guy or Juudara since they weren’t in that exact spot.

Reaction is this:

KCM Minato reacted same time as Kakashi attacking Zetsu.

Its just that Minato’s FTG is better and he has faster foot speed. Tobi showed just as impressive reaction feats as Minato.
