black fire is only real when you burn a specific element it’s not that hot let alone the hottest

purple fire is the hottest too but only specific elements

sanji can now have blue-lightning fire because his body can handle it now, having a metallic body and all

so there needs to be a reason why sanji can go hotter, and it should be haki

So, unless it's the CoC coating later on, the upgrade via haki is already achieved.
