First DF that comes into mind, Enel's Goro Goro no Mi:
- Magnifies Color of observation, allowing the user to perceice electromagnetic waves and hear into conversations country wide
- Able to direct lightning from miles away to a specific target
- Able to rain down lightning on an entire country
- Able to nuke islands/countries with one blow
The issue with Maxim:
People always point out, that Enel only managed to do that with the Maxim. But the Maxim was only used to generate thick thunder clouds, something that naturally isn't present in Sky Island. Also, this could be a foreshadowing to an awakened lightning fruit. As awakening affects the surroundings, just as the ice and magma fruit might've changed the climate permanently through awakening, maybe the awakening of lightning could summon such thunder clouds itself.
Other candidates would be the Gura Gura no Mi. If awakened, the damage output of that fruit would be insane. Just the base power can already tilt/destroy islands, cause sea quakes and Tsunamis. The Gura especially has the reputation of being able to destroy the world. So in the hands of a master, when awakened, it could be labelled as an ancient weapon itself.
Kizaru's fruit is also worth mentioning, as its user could just go to the sky and spam large bullets of Yasakani no Magatama. Maybe with awakening, the destruction is further amplified.
