I haven't been here long, but I've tried to bridge the gap between Yamato and Carrot fans. Phew, have I failed. (most) People have calmed down a bit, though.
I love Yamato and Carrot, and I wish people weren't so toxic over it, especially when both characters come from races that are discriminated against within One Piece.
Carrot and Yamato should be friends, to me. It's fine if people don't like the characters, but I haven't seen anything from either of them that deserves this level of anger or hatred. Hating a character, because people you don't like are fond of them is weird.

Make it harder for them too. If I am good at it or I attract certain flies, they'll help me be an ass. Sometimes you need to assume the worst about a group. Hey, I used to be about singling out certain people but too many over zealous, aggressive, rude assholes made me rethink. Trust me, peace only works on the new generation. It far easier to assume Yamatards are like this and treat them like a retard then to give everyone a chance.

It's hard to believe some people read/watch One Piece

Also, plenty of One Piece's big ideas are hard to get if you don't research the series, because it's just so damn big. I honestly think some people look down on Fishmen with out realizing it because of how evil Arlong was. Jinbei constantly gets downplayed, and I find it hilarious because the dude stood up to Big Mom three times, brushing aside her Soul Pocus, punching her off the Sunny, and then shoulder-throwing her in Onigashima. I had Jinbei a bit above Sanji and Zoro post Onigashima, and, sure enough, he was right around them.
With Carrot, I feel people act like because some Carrot fans are weird, like the One Piece editor who wanted to make kids with her, all Carrot fans are bad. Some of the nicest people on this site are Carrot fans, acting like someone is a bad person because they find a fictional character interesting is ridiculous. People are so used to accepting division they ignore the entire point of the fucking series, for people to come together and overcome their differences: WE ARE! I wish humans would stop hating each other over fictional characters.
Oda coulda got rid of caribou in Fishmen Island like all the other antagonist there but he like nope he that guy, he the only that can make this happen no other strong or weak character can do what he does man truly goated

I'm full of regret for not being a complete ass right back at em. I should have broke my "No crushing others dreams" code just for Yamato fans. Shouldn't have given a chance and stayed as civil as I could. I should have did what the mod did and assumed all the fans were a lost cause and treated all of them like that. I should have been condensing from the start.
