With Shanks he views him as top 1 so everyone is below him
Because he views Shanks as top 1 characters like Dragon, Mihawk, Garp, Rayleigh and Kaido get shit on by him.
He views Sanji stronger than any YC1 therefore sees Sanji as stronger than characters like Rayleigh, Garp, King, Marco and Yamato when we all know he's not.

Bro, Shanks was Haki zaaping an Admiral. Shanks is like Rayleigh/Roger, they can just as fast kick you
Kizaru never uses a sword but when he fought Rayleight he made a sword, it's all relative.
I argued with someone that said, since Shanks can Haki zap Greenbull, then so can Mihawk, because Haki is part of swordskill.
So aparently Mihawk has greater Haki
