Maybe Sanji since he's "the warrior of science" but he just got a power-up last arc
Maybe Usopp, but he doesn't realy use technology anymore
Maybe Nami, but idk if the climat tact can be powered up further after fusing with Zeus

Sanji wont get a PU persay. But most likely an explanation of his powers.

- Why does he have flame powers, when Judge wanted him to have invisibility
- Why did the drug only work on him
- Potentially Sora's will and how it ties into DJ

Vegapunk may explain all of it.
