I'm beginning to question whether Sword is really an autonomous faction or just a secret force that reports back to HQ like normal marines. Their goal seems to be to spy on yonko, explains Drake and Coby being present in Hachinosu against Whang Zhi.
If that's the case, there's no reason not to report to HQ, afterall with this quality of members they're hopeless.

It just seems like SWORD is the Navy's response to the Cipher Pol.
The Marines are getting further and further away from the WG shenanigans.

Yeah a parody of people spamming their OCs but they're just edits of actual characters with some small changes at least.
Extremely prevalent in the Sonic community to the point we even got stuff like "Coldsteel the Edgehog" which I think I was deliberate satire and "Sonicchu" by "Chris Chan" (Shudders).

I user to hang with people like that online in a Discord as one of my former best friends is a hardcore Sonic fan and ORIGINAL THE CHARACTER DO NOT STEAL Larper, with all their Sonic OCs and extreme fetisation of them, just like the MLP community or weeks with their waifu OCs too lol.
