I gave my thoughts towards that above - I think the Supernova apart from the SH's were all allowed to escape, to cover Drake's own trail. No way would 1 Admiral miss so many obvious targets, at least those he personally dealt with. Yet somehow he arrests 500 no names?

I don't buy it.

Kizaru primary target was Luffy and he got interfered by Rayleigh. So, I don't think him not capturing others is an issue here.

But what if Drake is a secret agent and only sengoku, garp, tsuru and long is aware of this to hide Drake identity completely?

Actually Drake slapped Sanji in his slowest form, and Sanji was busy running from him.

Tsuru is definitely in the know, as was Sengoku. That's his shtick.

Yeah, but Kizaru also confronted several large named bounties and spent a considerable time period with them. I also find it weird that the Admirals, trusted with so much, aren't privy to this.

Also it makes sense that the admirals wouldn't be in charge of it especially if they had no idea about it i dont imagine that garp or sengoku would be in charge of it either

I think Reverie is already over. Luffy spent nearly two weeks in wano and he entered in wano with Reverie getting started.

So, I think this chapter tells us what happened after one week of Reverie and then gradually moving forward in time to bring us at current timeline

I can see the Kuja pirates joining up with Luffy following Wano. By that point, Luffy will be regarded as full fledged emperor.
