Yeah this proves you either didn't read my message or you misinterpreted it completely
I mentioned Ace because he's part of my example. You didn't see that because you assume there's an agenda behind everything due to this vendetta you have with Sanji fans
I will say this once again
I never said Ace wanted to be the World's Strongest Man
If you still don't understand this I can't help you
Also, I seem to remember us having a similar conversation a while ago with you standing on the other side of the road
Anyway, my point is that there's a difference between your dream "changing" because of losing and "changing" your dream because something spurred that change
Zoro's dream is not to defeat Mihawk
The only reason Zoro wants to fight Mihawk at all is because Mihawk is the key to achieving his dream
It's the same thing for Ace.
Why does Ace want to fight Whitebeard?
Because Whitebeard is the key to achieving his dream
The person that holds the title of the World's Strongest Swordsman is known by everyone as the strongest swordsman alive. For Zoro to receive this title he has to defeat the man that currently sits at the top as the King of Swordsmen
If Mihawk were to lose to Shiryu who would Zoro have to fight to achieve his dream?
Then there's my second example
Ace's dream is to become a Great Pirate. To solidify himself as a Great Pirate he wants to fight and defeat the World's Strongest Man.
It wouldn't matter if Whitebeard died before he could fight him and Kaido inherited the title. He would continue to gun for the strongest.
My point is it doesn't matter who the holder of the title is. They would fight them to achieve their dream regardless
You keep getting stuck on this and repeating yourself like a broken record as that's the only thing you've said to attempt to counter my point. When Zoro made his promise to Kuina did he say "I want to defeat Mihawk"?
No, because that's not what his dream is. His dream is to sit at the top of all swordsman as the strongest.
The fact that you're such a big fan of Zoro but you genuinely believe Zoro's dream is to defeat Mihawk boggles my mind
Mihawk is nothing more than a means to an end for Zoro. If Gandhi killed Mihawk tomorrow then he'd fight Gandhi instead
