I feel like loving a life where you go to work every day from 9am to 5pm, one day off under a shitty boss and only getting a small amount of salary which you’ll pay most to taxes and even if you want to turn to crime you’ll get caught in no time since law enforcement is so competent in our world

Or would you like to live in the One piece world where you can be a pirate, live however you want and do whatever you want and still have a very good chance of not getting caught?

I want to live a fulfilled life where I can do whatever the fuck I want without having to deal with the consequences

Except in the real world I can do nothing about dozens of FBI agents surrounding me with vehicles and helicopters and I have to constantly be on the run, never able to walk the streets in daylight ever again

Maybe if I went to the grand line I’ll find a rare devil fruit and someone to teach me haki, if I kept weight lifting I’ll eventually be able to build muscles that allows me to run faster than a Lamborghini/Ferrari and punch through rocks and steel and never get fat no matter how much I eat

Yeah I will read the Devil Fruit encyclopedia until I memorize it same as Blackbeard, then keep my eyes peeled. Ideally I’d take any predatory zoan as they are underrated and extremely powerful.

After I get a favorable fruit I’ll join my islands police force/ militia while training my fruit and combat abilities to the max everyday… Only a fool wouldn’t in the OP world, unless you want to end up fodder to fodder

If pirates ever pull up atleast I can fight them off with Absolute Justice and be at an advantage with my power. I’m not sailing the seas unless I have to

One Piece would be Nightmare to live in. Everyone loves viewing themselves as a strong characters running solo or with the SHs but life don't work like that. You'd be a normal person living your everyday life, at the complete mercy of whatever pirate, marine or WG person that rolls in. Good luck getting murdered by Diesel lol

You make it seem like every single island and village gets raided by pirates daily. Reality is most places are protected in some form and attacks aren’t frequent.

Take the East Blue. Luffy’s little village was quiet for years the only commotion being grey terminal. Or Syrup Village who’s only attack was Captain Kuro.

New World places all fall under an emperor or Marines HQ. Ironically the islands in the most dangerous parts of the seas have the least amount of danger, it’s only when an emperor falls does chaos start (screw Oda for not showing the actually consequences of taking down Kaido and Big Mom all we get is statements saying the world is in ruin)

The one piece world would be a much harsher and worst world to live In, by far.
