relevancy PL & storyline, just went from average to background dudes. They already have less impact in this arc.Even when you see Admirals under Sengoku, Akainu was introduced at the biggest stage as Main threat.
Ray---> introduced during Auction ( it was a dire situation where SN trio + CDs were present ) , took the spotlight and haki hyped
Oden ---> introduced during Retainers turmoil, physical stats hyped in intro during flashbacks.
Kata ----> Tea Party, BM most important event. Was the biggest threat as Capone said, haki hyped
Ace ----> will be introduced during Fire festival, Kaido important feast. Will be main face under Kaido.
Also Shiryu isn't strong as Kata and wont be above Captain Kata,he was reintroduced alongside Lafitte, the shown next time alongside Devon...he doesn't get that special conqueror intro.
The only commanders that matters are Oden ,Kata ,BeastAce, Benn & Ace . Also Marco & Cracker a bit. The rest are boring and weak, unskilled.

As far as I know, spoilers were already and panel of Kaido saying he had a son when he/she said that.
Maybe he/she could read Japanse and was telling us what Kaido was saying in that panel.
