Depends. He's obviously not dying but I don't think that speaks much about his fighting ability. We already saw him survive an admiral and Doffy so he should be able to escape BB.

All I can say is; SHs vs. BBPs is closer than ever. It’s definitely happening in the next arc with this setup.
