i am pretty sure Law,Garp,Sanji, Miahwk , Dragon , Sabo , Sai , King Elizabello and even Nami are all CoC users , those who showed some lightning , or you could conclude it based on their power levels not a sane person would think that Garp who is DF-less but was Roger's rival didn't have CoC haki. only CoC haki can fill that power gap.

There isno way nami will ever be CoC user. She is a coward just like usopp.

Big Mom was fully confident Cracker could defeat Luffy after learning he defeated Doflamingo.

I wouldn't count on that.
Just think for this, would it really make sense to put the 3rd or 2nd strongest OG Shichibukai on par with the 3rd strongest Sweet Commander like that? We see how Crocodile and Hancock got so high recognition after Wano. And we can see how rare awakening actually is. So no, Doffy is clearly not weaker or as strong as Cracker.

That still doesn’t change the fact that between Cracker and Doffy, Cracker was able to handle G4 better.

Also if I’m not mistaken unlike Boa and Croc, the WG only made Doffy into a warlord because he blackmailed them.

Kaido and Big Mom don’t seem to have awakening, so I guess that means they are weaker than Doffy then.

King didn’t awakening either and despite not having one, some can agree that he is still stronger than Katakuri who does.

The only excuse I can give to Doffy was that Oda nerfed him during the Dressrosa arc, similar to how he nerfed Crocodile during the Alabasta arc.

Basically the actual Doffy is either YC1 or YC2 level, but the one in Dressrosa was nerfed to YC3 level.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case, we know something similar like that happened to Crocodile.
