I wouldn't be surprised if Law gets some nice panels and actual good presentation. Only to be kill offscreen afterwards. His story is told and he's long overdue. Same's valid for marco but the damn pheonix always manages to survive at the expense of his friends. He made a good deal with the grim reaper.
I've always liked Burgess and I was one of the very few that actually saw him as a strong character back in the DR. He did hold his own against Mera Mera Sabo for more than 10 minutes after all.
His new fruit feels a bit random and I don't really see him as a good matchup for Sanji but I won't be that desperate if he were to be Sanji's opponent. Jesus is cool
Certainly far better than that loser Pizarro, only Chrono can like a guy like that
Obviously, I still think Diamond Vasco or Lafitte would be better, and Burgess vs Jinbe would be great.

Yep, it didn't do the feat justice since Oda chose a more asian-looking mountain structure for this island. However, in one panel you can see that these mountains are actually large and tall. Like that:
This panel showcases the mountains at the background in comparison to the actual hills which are clearly significantly smaller than these. And Burgess lifted and threw one of these. And in this panel:
See the bottom left corner of the panel, Law destroyed this mountain and you can perfectly see the other mountains as well as a part of the island's shape. There is a clear distinction between the hills/forests and the mountains.
I wouldn't even mind the fact that Burgess' body is visible in front of the carried mountain. That's just Oda's way to show the character's position. We got plenty of these examples in Dressrosa and Wano.

So it's not only Burgess pick up a huge mountain , it's also that he had no trouble throwing it fast as hell .
Which also make it even more impressive .
Pizarro gives off more Jabura vibes than Burgess, imo.
Tho Oda and powerscaling goes brrr, he could say fuck this, fuck the job match ups amd have Sanji vs Burgess, or Zoro vs Burgess instead of Jinbei.
For now I am still am sticking with job themed match ups, so Jinbei taking care of Burgess, Zoro-Shiryu, Usopp-Augur, Nami-Laffitte, Chopper-Doc Q and Stronger.
Then the rest depend, Pizarro-Sanji (former royalties in north blue), Robin-Devon (because they fit nowhere else), Franky- Sanjuan Wolf (shipwright dismantling colossal battleship), that leaves only 10th recruit questionable.
Maybe Sanji fights him if it's Aokiji, he kidnapped Pudding, or maybe not, no way to know for sure.
But again this all is just my opinion till the time comes the crews face each other at their best in a war that's what I stick with. And I think they wont necessary stick with 1v1, Blackbeard always does raids with his titanic captains assisting him.
Imo BBP will jump on the straw hats and it's up for them individually to find solutions to overcome their trickery and counter them, then have some of them be defeated in a 1v1 (Luffy's, Zoro's, Sanji's, Jinbei's, Robin's, Franky's fights namely).
My two cents.
