That's not a drop, it is flowing from atop his skull. He still bled like fodder after an exchange, meaning his attack was cancelled and what remained from Yamato injured him, whereas Aramaki was sneak attacked and took no damage whatsoever lmfao

3. She only made Kaido bleed a tiny bit only to wince in pain and fall to her knees while coughing up blood a chapter later taking more damage than what she dealt to Kaido
