Him returning is not the issue he claimed he was gonna lower the enemies number before the war started which Is false because he failed and if we go buy the anime scenario it’s even more embarrassing for Sanji

That's because he was standing still and just lifted his leg up. Just like Daifuku did at the wedding and then Sanji clashed effortlessly in the Sunny while on the air. Other than it is was in Sanji's favor.
