Imo:
- Luffy currently have the strongest mastery of DF Awakening in the verse.
- Luffy's CoO-FS is still below Kaidou or even Katakuri
- Luffy's CoA is stronger, bigger pool than Kaidou since he can coat an island-sized punch
- CoC on par with Kaidou or slightly stronger, not significantly stronger.
- Luffy currently have the strongest mastery of DF Awakening in the verse.
- Luffy's CoO-FS is still below Kaidou or even Katakuri
- Luffy's CoA is stronger, bigger pool than Kaidou since he can coat an island-sized punch
- CoC on par with Kaidou or slightly stronger, not significantly stronger.

Well Basic thing required for FS is insane focus.

It wasn't like he spammed FS like kata.
For me kata > Luffy in terms of fs.
ALso kaido didn't use it either much.
Top tiers barely uses it I would say.
Shanks is straight called FS Killer (Movie no idea it being canon or not)
So even Fs can be countered which makes this ability very vulnerable against Top tiers.
Pretty sure majority of the Top tiers Has this ability already. Like adcoc. Or using it unconsciously.
For the strongest CoO I'll have to give it to Either enel or Fuji.
For strongest Ryou adCoA , Zoro enma Strikes Are lethal, >>Luffy red roc
For strongest Adcoc/coc , SHanks/Mihawk for now I would say.

Becuz two things.
- Kaido killed him
- Before Cp0 interference luffy himself said if this doesn't take kaido out it would be bad as it is saying it's his final g4. Common problem with g4 is Haki running out and no way luffy had Hours of rest before he died and awakened.
G5 more or less healed him and haki was to some extent rejuvenated too.
Secondly luffy already Took a break , had his fill and eat enough to recove (One piece logic).
Bro got refreshed twice and kaido fought like a maniac this WHole time.

-I would say otherwise, Luffy got refreshed like twice in the whole fight. or even thrice if you count roof piece.
-Coc is debatable as Kaidou was fighting continously. you are sooner or later bound to run out of haki, Yamato herself said Kaidou must be getting weaker right now. Kaidou at roof piece or till yamato fight ends. kaidou could use Adcoc to it's peak you could say. Luffy went down twice got refreshed twice. so it's given Exhausted one would loose against One who just got into fight after some magical recovery in awakening. His Adcoc is superior to yamato. not on par with kaidou yet.

Hmm i guess since in the fight's climax, Luffy cant avoid Kaidou's wind slashes, Baguas, and he needed to grab Kaidou so he wont miss. Thats why i still feel Luffy's CoO is weaker than Kaidou's. CoC-wise i dont see the difference between Luffy and Kaidou since in the final clash, their CoC sphere was equal, so definitely weaker than Shanks' CoC.
Imo Luffy was just stronger since his CoA output is larger and the main reason that his awakening allowed him to freely alter his size, muscle mass, punch density, whatever, to however strong he imagined it to be.

You do realize the only difference between 100% Kaido and the one that fought Luffy towards the end is a bigger health bar, right?
Both were on their last legs as Yamato suggested when Onigashima was collapsing. Kaido would still outlast Luffy. However it's not as significant when it comes to power difference and fighting ability which is what really matters in the end.
Luffy has pretty much closed that gap over the course of those fights with Gear 5 and his improved use of haki. There's no question as to whether or not Luffy is a Yonko caliber fighter.

Did you maybe skip the part where Kaido said Luffy is almost dead after he regained his heart beat? Gear 5 doesn't heal him at all. It keeps him from dying so he can keep fighting. The damage doesn't disappear. Nor does it magically replenish haki reserves that aren't there. Otherwise there would have been no need for Luffy to take such a long rest after the fight was over. Gear 5's ability to keep Luffy alive is as much a part of his power as Kaido's dragon scales and recovery.
