People who say division heiarchy doesnt mean anything....are in denial.

- Marco.... the strongest was first commander
- Ace....the second strongest was second commander
- Jozu....the third strongest was third commander

We dont know how strong Thatch is....but the next strongest is Vista....and he's 5th commander. How the hell does the 5 strongest commanders magically end up at start of the commander order ? Why not have them spread out between the 15 positions ? Hmmm...

People say BBPs mirror the WBPs....yet create mental gymnastics and say division heiarchy doesnt mean anything, when in fact it meant something for WBPs.

We know the BBPs division heiarchy has nothing to do with the order they joined in. We also know it must have something to do with strength or else Shiryu wouldnt be as high even though he isnt trustworthy.

Did Oden exist when Oda created the WBPs ? Did Oden exist in Marineford when the WBPs were first introduced.

Since when does authorty have anything to do with strength lvl ? They can have the same authroty and still be ranked by strength.
