Mr. Reloaded

Professional Backstabber
Carrot and Yamato both have less emotional connection to Luffy than Tama, it make way more sense for Tama to join than either of them. It makes even more sense for Tama to join if you think about how Luffy also was fed by Tama, since food is a big part of One Piece, and Luffy respects people who feed hungry people, like Sanji. Luffy also thought of Tama during his fight with Kaido, while reviving his Gear 5.

Since Luffy already accepted Tama, Momo, and Kinemon as future crew mates when we left Wano, this also indicates that Pedro would have been asked to join the crew, had he survived.

Do you see Luffy saying Yamato or Carrot's name here? Nope, you don't...
:ace:
I agree. She'd do great in her role, the liability :pepebusi:

Bro you did not just say Carrot had an end to her storyline, her storyline was literally this.

1. Go out on an adventure
2. Oh shit, sea's dangerous
3. Oh shit my friend/mentor literally blew himself up to save us
4. Mentor said to keep moving foward, SHs are important to bring the dawn
5. Sure i'll go to Wano
6. Fuck that licky licky ass mf, what he's in Wano? ILL KILL HIM
7. Shit i lost, oh well thanks Cat-sama
8. I am now Queen of zou, i have Pedro's will

:whitepress::kayneshrug:
Insofar as she ever actually had a storyline, yeah, that’s an ending whether or not you like it. Pedro’s will was never about seeing the world, it was about assisting those who will change it in whatever way you can…leading a nation full of animalistic warriors and allying with the future Pirate King definitely qualifies, but y’all don’t like it because want bunny girl on ship hu hu hu:laughmoji:

Yeah that's why Pedro started the Nox pirates to go after Red Poneglyphs instead of trying to rule the "nation full of animalistic warriors".

I’m not sure what you’re so upset about. Oda literally gave Carrot an entire kingdom to rule, far more than what Yamato got who is essentially nothing more than a glorified babysitter.
You mean onahole?

Momo luckiest character in OP NO DOUBT

I don’t think I’ve talked to a single Carrot supporter who accepts the truth about her chances of joining the crew, so it’s fine if you also misunderstand the meaning behind Pedro’s words, y’all still have a goose egg in the win column like the rest of us :shocking:

Right another guy who really knows what Pedro meant, for the sake of this argument.

Sure bro, please keep thinking ruling Zou and Pedro's will are connected.

This is asinine, why wouldn’t Pedro - a native of Zou - want to do anything to save his country? He was a soldier of the nation’s leader and defended it across multiple locations, but sure, he didn’t give a damn about the place whatsoever. Y’all latched onto him wanting to travel with Roger like it was the most meaningful part of Carrot’s backstory (and I guess it ultimately is) and chose to completely ignore all the shit he said about guiding those meant for the Dawn in *any* way possible.

at least yamato was shown agency in their ending...they chose to stay behind and explained that to the crew! there was not a single line of choice for carrot. how can I as a fan of the carrot be happy about that? but again I wont give up. I'm delulu ya know
It would be better for your mental health to just move on. Why continue suffering for a lost cause.:kayneshrug:

Join the Caribou4Nakama train. It’s a lot more fun here.

I have no idea what you mean by "saving his country" or talking about defending it.
Pedro wanted to sail with the PK to bring the Dawn, asked him, got rejected, PK died, he decided to make his own pirate crew, went after RP for those who will bring the Dawn, got fucked, and went back to Zou with his tail between his legs and one eye missing.

He went back to help the SHs and kamikazed himself so they could escape.

How you link this to someone inheriting his will rulling Zou is beyond me. Zou is already under the SH wing, any ruler is already defacto going to aid them. Wanda, Shishilian, the monkey, it's all the same.

Carrot has 0 leadership qualities and no inclinations of being ruler plus the poor piss excuse of her having "experience" out in sea, makes 0 sense, but aparently you're willing to excuse Oda terrible writing because you get to do a quick own on a character you don't like.

Gotta admit, I do love being called delusional by people who spent six years rooting for a character that never appeared more frequently than other tertiary characters in any given arc or received any actual development until the very end of her storyline, and then they turn around and say “She’s hiding inside another person who has been hiding inside a barrel for a week” and expect to be taken seriously….!!

So you think inheriting someone’s will means doing EXACTLY the same thing they did? By that logic, why don’t you like Yamato for the crew? Also, I don’t remember Inu and Neko asking Wanda/Shishilian/anyone else, not sure why you’re even bringing it up like it means anything.

Can someone show me where either Roger or Pedro says anything about needing to physically be by the Pirate King’s side to make a difference?? Sure sounds like they agree that people can contribute to the Dawn in a variety of ways, not just chewing on Usopp or Brook in the background of the next three hundred chapters :kayneshrug:

Well maybe you are delusional because noone called you that. :suresure:

Yeah can you tell me where Zoro needs to be on the crew to be WSS? Or Brook to see Laboon?

Since we're usign this logic

Zoro’s always said the future Pirate King should have the WSS as his ally and Brook is looking for one specific whale that Luffy knows…does Carrot have ANY attachment to the rubber kid that requires her sailing with him in particular, other than sneaking onto his ship because it was the only one that found her country and wasn’t trying to kill everyone in it?? How does Pedro’s will imply she needs to be with the Straw Hats when they’ve gotten along fine without her for their entire journey?? What did you think you were proving with this??

Why are you even questioning GODA? You don't understand, it's completely reasonable to make a literal teenage rabbit to be a ruler of whole Mokomo dukedom. It's also completely reasonable to mention "THE Pedro's will/Pedro himself" constantly throughout the story, even making gear 5th luffy mention him, only to literally write it off in the end of Wano. Peak writing. Why...all of wci and wano was building up to her taking that role. I just wasn't reading the story correctly! Gosh...her going from an unsteady naive girl to a woman ready to rule her kingdom mirrors vivi jounry! Oda don't miss.
