Kat being the center means nothing. Jack was not potrayed the same as king/ queen were he was potrayed as weaker meaning Oda had time to portray the Allstars differently he simply chose not to with king/ queen. In a vivre card? Vivre is for things oda dosen't have time to address in the manga there was ample opportunity to present king as superior.

But he did do that, you don't hear such bitter rivals hyping up the other one. The other thing is such rivalry doesn't usually exist between two guys who have almost a difference of a decade among their ages. Imagine a 17 year old rivaling a 27 year old. Queen is the closest to Kaido among the Beast Pirates in age.
People are also disrespecting Jack quite a lot, he has a bounty of 1 bil while being a subordinate and a comparatively young age of 28. Most other guys with similar bounty levels are 20 years his older.

Queen broke a few walls at best and his explosion is pathetical

He didnt hype king specifically he hyped Lunarians in general. He never specifically said because King as an individual is so powerful like other big mom pirates were doing with katakuri. Queen would say the same thing about any lunarian vs zoro.
I'd argue age isn't relevant. The only reason you even know the ages is you read them in a vivre card or something in the manga its never mentioned,Especially as something notable. Shanks himself is presumably comparable to big mom and kaido who are way older than him.

What was written in the vivre card, everything was true tho. It got released before zoro vs king but clearly Oda didn't show anything about King being a torture pervert. It's possible the fact he burns people with 0 regret, enjoy to let his ennemies stab him makes him a pervert.

Hyping Lunarians is synonymous with hyping King when he is the only known surviving Lunarian, doesn't matter how the guy got that power, the thing is his supposed rival/equal is hyping him up while they are shitting on each other normally, while the rival is fighting his own battle. People are so ready to parallel Zoro - Sanji with King - Queen. Remember how Sanji hyped Zoro prior to this fight, he said Zoro is equal to 10 men when healed up when he gave Chopper to heal Zoro. From this we can even say that Queen was actually lowballing King (the only Lunarian). Why are you comparing it Katakuri and BM pirates, he is one of the eldest guys out there (he is the 3rd or 4th eldest I think)? The situations are completely different, the structures while may seem similar due to commanders and officers, the culture is very different. In Beast Pirates strength is the only merit, while in BMPs there are also claims based on seniority.

As per wiki Beast Pirates was founded 33 years, King is 47 years old so King joined Kaido when he was 14. Somewhere between 33 and 28 Queen probably also joined before they took over Wano. So imagine a 23-28 year being below the rank of a 14-19 year old. At later ages the difference does not matter so much as the characters have generally attained their prime. Jinbe is 46 years old, Sanji is 21 but nobody (not trolling) says that Sanji will always be weaker than Jinbe. Age matters, growth rate matters, ranking within a hierarchy matters specially where strength is the only merit.
King > Queen > Jack
Zoro > Sanji > Jinbe
King has already been called the right hand, praised by Kaido for strength (who views strength as the only worthy thing) and named King for it and is also the first to join Kaido.
