He made that statement because he realized how injured Zoro was. He wasnt hyping Zoro up.

Oda had him say it for a reason. Just because you're strong enough to beat someone so easily they are fodder to you doesn't mean you can't acknowledge their strength.

Then why would Oda have Kizaru make that statement during chapter 511 when Sanji, during chapter 510 which is one chapter earlier, explained to us that Zoro hasn't fully recovered during their battle against Pacifista?

I don't see the point to telling us two chapters in a row that Zoro was still recovering from his injuries.
