Kouen or Shibashou? Which of these two you want to see in action the most?

If someone ask me, "Who are the most anticipated characters you want to see the most in Kingdom?"

You know I'm gonna say, "It's either Kouen or Shibashou."

These two got the most hype from the fanbases, so my question is, between the two, who do you want to see the most?

Is it the Sleeping Tiger of Zhao?

Or...

The Tiger of Chu aka the Conqueror of the East?

There's a lot of speculation about the man in the red circle is Kouen above. Which is reasonable cuz Kouen is stated to have the longest military record. And the guy on the top left seems to have a scar across his nose, a beard and a mustache. So he should be around 70/80s if he's indeed active during the era of original Qin 6/Zhao 3/FD 7, etc.

As for my opinion, I like both but for now, I want to see Shiba more cuz we're in Zhao Retaliation arc right now and we did see a bit of Shiba action against Ordo. Plus his vassals got introduced and all of them are absolute beasts. We don't even see Kouen's face or any info regarding his vassals or anything like that. And we probably won't see him at least until Chu conquest or so. So that's why I picked Shibashou.

So yeah, who do y'all looking forward the most?

I don't care much for SBS
I don't doubt that he'll be top tier but in Zhao the main man has always been Riboku but Kouen will be in charge of the biggest millitary in China by far so that will be more hyped.

I think Shibashou is like Garp from One piece. He refused the position in order not to help those sickening King and the children (Tenryubito). But he will eventually appear at any cost. So any Nation who rule him is fine as long as He is freely manage Seika, maybe.

Kouen is a historical General in the Widest Country of the 7th. We may have huge information about the all 7 Countries based on his views. After all, he will be present on the Biggest War of the Series.

I think the reason Chu is a superstate is due to him ramming mfkers left and right. I think he's going to be revealed as the worst memory of some all-time greats and that he beat them. ( Renpa, Ouki and etc... the old guard ).

As for why he didn't show up as of yet? I think he will be written to be some sort of nationalist or whatever it is called and he acts only when Chu is on high alert and in great danger.

Kouen definitely has a lot of clout in his state. Karin was mocking Kanmei but respecting Kouen. Crazy differences in portrayal among the two.

Yeah Shiba has been around for a bit while now. Hype to see him in action again.

Good comparison about Shiba and Garp. Although I think Shiba just hates the former king, not the children imo. The corrupted officials are more comparable to the Celestial Dragons imo.

Major Lee or other folks make a theory about how Kouen got his number 1 ranking by beating the Southern tribes on the coast of Chu. Similar on how Riboku was fighting the Xiongnu before he become Great Heavens.

About the nationalist part, could be. I just think that Chu let number 2 and 3 generals took care of outside state affairs while having Kouen as the guardian protector of Chu like Kochou of Zhao in case of crisis.

His build up is insane (teased for like 300 chapters) , I like his fuck the king vibe, the fact he his doing his own business in Seika etc.

And the great heaven were all awesome and beasts : Riboku, Renpa, RSJ, and even that Houken dumbass

I have huge expectations for SBS

He was called the Conqueror of the East, so anything he has done would be primarily over that direction. Eastern mountains, Eastern states, Qi etc would all fall under that umbrella.

I feel like he is a menace to the OG GGs from all countries. Almost no one talks about him as if he caused them problems as all hell.

Yet I think that literally no one here believes that Shibashou ranks above Kouen, in terms on who's more powerful. If you ask them right now, they will all pick Kouen in a war.

Part of my hype is definitely the cope I developed. The mystery surrounding him and his little to no knowledge makes me wonder if there is something on the horizon.

Also, the fact no one from OG GGs talks about him and how Chu became a new superstate. I think it's mainly thanks to him.

He may not be keen to invade other countries but he might be a monster among monsters when defending his countries.

I think he caused a lot of problems for all GGs of the previous era and that's why he is the Tiger of Chu.
